Well, this was the perfect video to see after spending three days being raged by fevers and sore throat. I haven’t been able to eat anything, but I am looking at the house now and thinking I’m about to clean the shit out of it. And yes, I have the perfect playlist. Thanks, T!

I bet you do have the perfect playlist. I hope that gets posted on your stack soon, when you feel better of course. So sorry to hear about your last three days! I hope you'll be dancing in the kitchen at 6 am with your 3 yr old soon!

Well, it looks like you CAN post a whole playlist on here. Substack is expanding its tool back by the minute! Thanks, Tereza, I hope to be dancing in the kitchen with him soon too. 🙏

Oh no! Hope you feel better soon! Yarrow is great for fevers and Thyme and/or Sage tea is great for a sore throat. Says your witchy Substack friend! xoxo

Thanks for the tips! Today I’ve had no fevers, so I’m able to open my eyes, but I wouldn’t have been able to even make a cup of tea, I’ve been down for the count! The kids have had to fend for themselves (hence the messy house) with the older ones even putting the toddler to bed. But I will keep all of those in mind for the future! Thank you for the witchy wisdom!

You're welcome! This is a wonderful book that I discovered last year. It's great for any level of herbal knowledge. https://www.robinrosebennett.com/books-meditations-shop/p/the-gift-of-healing-herbs-plant-medicines-and-home-remedies-for-a-vibrantly-healthy-life 💚

Me too...who's EVER heard of sore throat May30-early June? I feel ashamed! I don't even know HOW i got it! Could it be Halifax fires? Atmospheric fine particles? what?

OMG, Tereza! I laughed so hard watching this. Your delivery is perfect. I always like to say that I hate complaining and I hate sarcasm. Especially, if it comes from me. But you know how they say it's your own shadow when you dislike something in another person Well, I dislike all the shadow talk. 😂 I have one really good friend that I save my complaining for and listen to hers in exchange. We get it all out and then we laugh about it. This is priceless! 😂😂

Thank you Barbara and thank you for subscribing! I love your description about being a Sagittarius so who you are might shift from day to day!

Very funny about the shadow talk. Yes, I have my oldest daughter when I need to make a decision and want to know which will make me feel better. And my youngest when I want a blunt version of the truth I'd rather not hear. But the middle daughter, from whom I got "The world is ending and it's never getting better" can be the one who laughs me out of it. In a way, it's good that she's not as empathetic, because I can really lay it on.

I'm so glad it made you laugh!

Lucky you to have three daughters, each willing to help their dear mom. Just curious if youngest daughter has a lot of Sagittarius in her chart. "Blunt version of the truth" screams Sag! ♐ And, happy to be here! :)

Haha, that one was born under the sign of Contrarian ;-) For years I had her convinced (and myself) that she was born on Friday the 13th of October and that's why I named her Cassandra, as the one who can tell the future in a way that will be heard, this time. However in 1998 that wasn't a Friday as some spoil-sport pointed out to her. So she's a Libra like her middle sister but so, so different, as are they all.

She must have some of the fire signs in her chart...

Wonderful sarcasm.

As a wallowing aficionado, I like to revisit my collection of songs about the death penalty, by many bands and of many styles. Then I think "yes, it could be worse, of course, why not."

Always picks me up. LOL!

I've never been able to figure out why "other people have it worse" is supposed to make us feel better rather than more precarious and miserable. Yet I have one friend who can never complain without bringing up someone else who has it worse. She's definitely not on my party list! (although she is pretty durn funny, so okay, she's back in...)

I think that is what some call "self-deception" and it's a natural survival tactic that seems to be very effective, given how many people feel not-as-bad by imagining worse situations.

I see as one or two steps short of institutionalization, or becoming dependent on imagined authority. That also seems to extend lifespan, albeit at the cost of the prefrontal cortex. Can we even make that decision anymore?

Thanks for the laugh and the wisdom. Best.

Do you nebulize food grade hydrogen peroxide? I have the 411 on that if you need it. When I am sick I do it 4 times a day. Also Dr mercolas Zinc drops are miraculous for me. Remember Dr zelenko's protocol. I can elaborate if you want, remember I am the solution queen but I am learning not to be too pushy.

Ah good things to stock up on for the next time. I'd be happy to get some links. For now, I'm just grateful to be not feeling as awful as yesterday. Whatever worked, I'm happy for.

It's interesting that I remember reading that certain plants grow where they're the antidote for whatever's needed, whether environmentally or medically. I have mullein plants that are HUGE in my backyard, all volunteers. Makes me wonder what's coming.

That was good video. I hope you feel better. No weather jokes please, I am too sensitive about this weather engineering, just kidding. You are such a punner, I love it. I am very disturbed about the ability to change mother nature though. Its a kind of purgatory, nothing is really thriving. I invited Mike Yeadon, Cory Morningstar and Robin Manotti to check out your Robert Malone articles. It was in response to what Mike wrote to Dr Malone on telegram. I think he is getting wise to him.

Yesterday was as miserable as I've been, until I ditched the homeopathic remedies and took my daughter's advice to go to CVS in my pjs and get Nyquil. It really is a miracle cure when you need to interrupt the cycle and reset. Today I'm just wrung out and reposting that video you've already seen, inbetween naps.

I know, we're getting to the longest days of the year and they have no variation--white to gray to black. I was thinking the same thing, how are we going to remediate the sky? It even drizzled rain today, unheard of. Purgatory puts it well.

Thank you for recommending me to Mike, Cory and Robin. Mike was the first person who responded to a comment I made, saying that it was all intentional. I wrote on Sage Hana's post: "I was just thinking that this is the crux of the issue with Malone. His working hypothesis, as he states, is that "there's nothing nefarious going on." That's the first division among those who even see the harms being done. If there IS something nefarious going on, he's on their side--the DoD and alphabet agencies."

That's funny. Have you heard of Dr. Gundry's lectin free diet?? That may be a solution for the metabolism of a hummingbird. Or maybe you didn't want to hear that possible solution, lol.

Very interesting! The universe seems to be nudging me in the direction of an episode on this. Last night a new viewer posted on an old video of mine that he couldn't believe it didn't have more views (36). It's Animal Husbandry is the New Vegetarian: https://youtu.be/O9nBRJobk60. He adopted a carnivore diet, lost 45 lbs in 6 months and will never go back. I think I might repost it, which would save me recording something new while I'm under the weather--having caught what Tonika and kiers had over the internet or perhaps my visiting daughter, who didn't know if it was a cold or allergies ;-) Under the weather has a whole new meaning these days, eh?

Oh Tereza what are you up to? I want to come to your party but, I can not come to your pity party because I am the solution queen who doesn't wear spandex, lol. It is my physical parameter law "No spandex allowed". I will definitely come help you clean, also cleaning is good therapy. I am very empathetic just tell me ahead of time "No solutions allowed".

Haha, I knew there was a reason you got along with me and got along with my book. Clearly, Solutions 'R Us. It's hard for me to be around chronic complainers because I'm always looking to solve their problems, which is not what they want. So yes, the PP is a brief hiatus on fixing things to whine and dine, and then we'll get back to our usual functional selves.

I don't know if my leggings qualify as spandex but for awhile, during the pandemic when my dance teacher lived in the garaj mahal, it was a banner day when I got to put on structured pants. I missed them. But every time I turned around, she was corralling me into some form of physical exertion. I'm now down to a moderate 3-4 days a week but oh I miss having that metabolism of a hummingbird!

Most interesting topic! Love it!

...and what does Vandana Shiva think of the present spandex phase?

...I hear the spandex phase is coming for Mens fashion as well!

Pssst.....There's a "revenge" movement afoot: all men are gonna wear ballet tights everywhere here on out. 10 hours a day, work/leisure/entertainment/exercise fashion. Let's see how women like it eh? LOL!

Also, in the Spirit of "problem solving man-splainer": Guys, if you wanna pity party too,

I think the 2 best song from a guys perspective for your party theme songs are:

1) https://youtu.be/E1fzJ_AYajA?t=30

(ok ignore the visuals of the vid, they're a bit lame, just the lyrics).

2) https://youtu.be/s6SgrleROEQ?t=23

(just mansplainin to my homies...LOL).!

Cheers. Great post.

Thank you, kiers. Vandana in spandex, now that is a vision! And men already have the athleisure alternative--sweat pants that they never seem to sweat in. Kinda like the athleisure for women that's short on the ath- and long on the leisure!

Great songs! I like that they seem to be just having fun in the first. Pretty upbeat for a pity party.

Those of us who have survived Communism saw the writing on the wall when in March 2020 our Governors shut down our states (and schools), issued EOs demanding social distancing & masking, forced small businesses to close while allowing (mostly state run) liquor stores to remain open. It certainly happened in my Republican trifecta state. We witnessed the tyrants being on steroids, in both political parties throughout the US.

You mention those who have been taken away from their land and those whose lands have been taken away from them - what about those of us who are in both of those categories? The trauma of experiencing both atrocities is very real. Many humans throught history have experienced both. It's an ugly, but necessary, subject matter to discuss.

I've written about the ADL, a hate organization, doxxing our Military Veterans - we can't allow them to continue destroying the lives of the brave men and women who have made personal sacrifices to defend us, we need to call them out. Of course anyone who criticizes them is an antisemite- they pull that card to force critics into silence. What privilege they've been gifted! They have the money & power to destroy lives.

Hi, La Gata. Is that from the second chapter of my book that you're quoting, on Two Ways to Make a Slave? I don't necessarily disagree with what you're saying and I don't shy away from ugly subject matters, as you've seen from my book. However, I'm not seeing the relevance to this particular post.
